1. Legal information, not legal advice

Tenrite provides general legal information to help you understand a residential tenancy agreement. It is not legal advice, does not create a lawyer–client relationship, and is no substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your specific circumstances. Rule determinations come from a versioned, verified ruleset.

2. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". While we verify our ruleset against current legislation, laws change and detection from free-text leases is imperfect. We do not warrant that every issue will be detected or that findings are complete or error-free. Always verify against current legislation.

3. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, abuse the sign-in system, or scrape it at scale.

5. Accounts

Sign-in is passwordless via a one-time email code. You're responsible for access to your email. You can delete your account and all data at any time.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
